Violet Lim, the CEO and Co-Founder, was the first Asian to be certified by the Matchmaking Institute in New York City (2004). She holds a Masters in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the London School of Economics, United Kingdom (2002). Prior to that, she read Law (1998 – 2001) at the University of Manchester. She’s one of the recipients of the Women Entrepreneur Award 2017 in Singapore – a prestigious award that recognized Violet’s achievements and outstanding demonstration of her entrepreneurial qualities.Peerage was founded along the progressive successes of the Lunch Actually Group since 2004 with over 97,000 dates arranged and hundreds of happy couples within 6 cities in Southeast Asia.
